Since November 1, 2023, a technological transition has been taking place in the catering sector in order to replace the MEV with a technological solution based on a new cloud computing environment (called MEV-WEB). This is the same technological solution already used in the paid passenger transport sector since 2021.

Therefore, no later than May 31, 2025, as the operator of a catering establishment covered by the mandatory billing measures, you must send us your transaction data using the new MEV-WEB. You will also have to give each customer an invoice produced using this same certified SEV.
